Heavy Duty Standard Size Asset ID Labels - Design 1. Choice of Colours

These Premium Heavy Duty Asset ID Labels are manufactured from a premium grade 100 micron polyester film with exceptional high tack permanent acrylic adhesive. These labels are resistant to water, weather and many chemicals making them suitable for long term outdoor exposure.

The Premium Heavy Duty Asset ID Labels are printed with sequential numbering of your choice, giving each label it's own unique number to help with the identification and location of your company assets. These Premium Heavy Duty Asset ID Labels are to be fixed to items of equipment, appliances and objects of value and are available in a choice of colours to help colour code different sites or different values.

Our Premium Heavy Duty Asset ID Labels in are sequentially numbered from whatever starting number you require, ie. 001,002,003 and are pre-printed with your contact details. We can also include prefix lettering to differentiate between multiple departments, ie. MNC001, MNC002 or KJF001, KJF002.

For best results during application, our Premium Heavy Duty Asset ID Labels should be fixed to a flat, clean and smooth surface.

PLEASE NOTE: If your labels are going to be subject to surface to surface contact, we  would strongly recommend using our Clear Gloss Overlay Labels as a support product. This will protect the print on the Asset Label from abrasion and wear & tear. If you have any uncertainties at all regarding these labels, please call us before purchasing.

NOTE: Please do not wrap these labels around cables, they are semi rigid therefore will return to their original shape.

IMPORTANT: The Print Instructions Page should only be used to tell us information that is required to be printed onto your labels. Please do not type anything that you don't want to be printed.

How do I personalise the Label?

To add your print instructions to a personalised product, simply choose a colour (if applicable) and/or select a quantity. Then click 'Add Print Instructions', this will trigger the print instruction screen in which you can enter everything that you require us to print on to your labels.

Will I see how my Label will look before I order?

Our website will NOT show you a preview of how your label will look before you order. This is because our artwork team create your label from scratch using the information you provide with your order and manually adjust the layout to give the best finished design.

Do I get a Label Proof?

Proofs are not provided as default, this is to ensure that we are able to get orders processed on time and maintain our speed of service. If you would like to see a proof of your labels before we go to final print, this can be done upon request. Please ask for a proof in the 'Special Requests' box provided on the Print Instructions window. Requesting a proof may effect the lead time of your order.

What if I'm not 100% sure of something?

If you are not absolutely 100% certain of anything at all, please give us a quick call on 01325 525 675 before purchase. Our Sales Team can then help you make sure there are no oversights and communicate any specific requirements to the production team. We are here to help and make sure you get exactly what you want.

It is your responsibilty as a buyer, to inform us of all requirements in your print instructions, either before or at the time of order. No assumptions at all should be made.
